3. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. You will be notified and refunded in full.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed in bad faith. You will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Certain products are available on a subscription basis with automatic recurring billing. By subscribing you authorise Plaqora to charge your nominated payment method at the agreed interval until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the subscription after notice of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaqora's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury claims, loss of income, or medical expenses, arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Plaqora, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation by contacting us at plaqora@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including product images, copy, branding, logos, and design is the property of Plaqora and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. User Content

By submitting a review, photo, testimonial, or any other content to Plaqora, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content across our marketing materials, website, and social media channels, without further compensation or notice to you.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from this site.

Our products are sold for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any Plaqora product without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for resale.
