Shipping policy

Order Processing

Every Plaqora order is inspected by hand before it ships. Total delivery time, including processing and shipping, is 8–12 business days for the United States and 10–14 business days for Australia.

Transit and carrier handling happen seven days a week, even though our estimates are quoted in business days. Some orders arrive faster than estimated.

During peak periods including major sales events and the holiday season delivery times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and the United States. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer one shipping method: Standard. Every Plaqora order receives the same service, the same tracking, and the same delivery window. There is no slow tier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Free Tracking

Shipping is free on orders that meet our current free shipping threshold. The threshold may change from time to time. The current qualifying amount is displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your order in real time on our live tracking page at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

Plaqora ships from our clinical fulfillment facility. For most orders, no additional customs fees apply.

United States: Orders under USD $800 typically clear customs duty-free under U.S. de minimis rules.

Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 typically clear customs without GST or duty.

If customs charges do apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. Plaqora has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at plaqora@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the order cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will reship your order once at no additional cost.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery confirmation date cannot be accepted. Plaqora is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Delays & Disruptions

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, or any other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Plaqora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at plaqora@gmail.com. We will attempt to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
