60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every Plaqora product. If you use your purchase consistently and aren't satisfied with the results, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We'll refund your order in full. No forms. No lectures.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product type. It does not apply to repeat or subscription orders beyond the first shipment.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

Under applicable consumer protection law, any product that comes into contact with the mouth cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Unopened, sealed items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back, unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Email us at plaqora@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Do not return any item without written confirmation from us first.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
